GObookings® AppointmentPortal technology Version 9 is an Australian hosted web based enterprise-level scheduling booking system used for the management of appointment and resource bookings. In addition, if required the same easy-to-use booking system can be used as a registration system for training and seminars or for the scheduling booking of other resources such as work stations, vehicles, car park spaces or general facilities management.

The majority of GObookings® clients using the GObookings® Hosted Enterprise version are small to medium to large businesses. If the system is for the booking and management of appointments only then GObookings® AppointmentDiary is recommended otherwise the standard GObookings® system can be used. Both are enterprise level and have the same features.

11. security - backups and a minimum of 256/128 bit SSL encryption on every page of the system

Access by computer or smartphone
In addition to viewing your bookings on a computer screen there is also an option for you to view or make your bookings using a Smartphone/PDA connected to the Internet with optional auto SMS confirmations and customer reminders. To reduce download time and data costs, smartphone access is via a special 'fast text' smartphone interface.

Single or multiple locations
GObookings® V9 can be used for making bookings internally and/or taking bookings externally, for one location or as a centralised booking system for multi locations. Offers multi-booking capability with ability to place caps on resources available.
