Ideal for the management of the booking of college, university or school rooms and facilities which are booked for a part of a day rather than for the whole term. For example computer lab, sports facility, lecture room, conference room, staff room etc.

Support: GObookings provide telephone assistance to setup the enterprise system to best advantage for the designated Administrator of the school room management system. Typically this will take around 3 hours after which we have found the Administrator will be more than capable of managing the system competently. Should any further assistance be required we are just a local phone call away.  

Security and Proven Reliability: The web based hosted ‘cloud’ system is protected throughout by 256/128 bit SSL encryption and is based on fast hardened servers with firewalls in place which are located in a secured data centre. This same system is known for its proven reliability confirmed by its use over many years as a hosted service by government, universities, medical entities and corporations. Server and system backups are in place to protect data and there is functionality to export data & reports direct via .csv file into an excel spreadsheet.  

Upgrades: Upgrades are ongoing, free and automatic with no files or software required to be downloaded on the schools computers.
